When receiving the foam package, it is crucial to open it immediately. Do not let the foam sit unopened for more than a week. To open the package, use a ball-point pen or a pencil to make a small incision, then break it open from there. Avoid using a box cutter, as it may damage the foam.

The durability of our foam is exceptional, and it will last between 7 to 10 years. When unpacking the foam, allow at least 2 days for it to breathe and recover its original size and form.

When opening the foam package, please use caution and do not use a box cutter or anything sharp to avoid cutting or tearing the foam. Remove the foam from the shipping box and unroll it so that it may relax.
