When receiving a foam package, it is crucial to open it immediately and not let the foam sit unopened for more than 1 week. To open the package, use a ball point pen or a pencil, starting with a small incision and then breaking it open from there. Avoid using a box cutter, as it may damage the foam.

The durability of the foam is 7 to 10 years. When unpacking, allow at least 2 days for the foam to recover its original size and form. When receiving your foam package, open it immediately and use caution to avoid damaging the foam with a box cutter or anything sharp. Remove the foam from the shipping box and unroll it so that it may relax.
