Our foams are proudly made in the USA! The high-density foam we offer has a compression rate of 44 lbs, which means that for every 44 lbs of pressure applied, the foam will compress by 1 inch. This type of high-density foam is designed to provide a firm feel for those who don't want to sink into their couch.

One of the key advantages of our high-density foam is its 100% recovery rate and durability, making it suitable for long-term use. To further enhance the longevity and performance of the foam, we recommend adding a Dacron polyester batting to any foam surface. This batting helps reduce the friction between the foam and the fabric, consequently minimizing wear and tear on the upholstery.

Moreover, the batting fills in any slack in the way the furniture, cushions, or other items have been upholstered, resulting in a more polished and aesthetically pleasing appearance.

When receiving your foam packages, it's important to open them immediately, as letting the foam sit unopened for more than a week can compromise its quality. To open the packages, avoid using a box cutter, as this can damage the foam. Instead, use a ballpoint pen or a pencil to make a small incision and then break the package from there.

Our high-density foams are designed to last 7 to 10 years with proper care. When unpacking the foam, it's recommended to allow at least 2 days for it to breathe and recover its original size and form.
