Our foam is proudly made in the USA! The high-density foam we produce has a compression rate of 44 lbs, which means that for every 44 lbs of pressure applied, the foam will compress by 1 inch. This high-density foam is designed to provide a firm feel for those who do not want to sink into their furniture. With a 100% recovery rate, our durable, high-density foam is suitable for long-term use.

Dacron, a polyester batting, should be added to any foam surface to prevent it from being exposed directly to the fabric. This reduces the friction the foam experiences, thus decreasing fabric wear. Most importantly, the batting fills in any slack in how the furniture, cushion, etc. has been upholstered, resulting in a better-looking, more polished final product.

When you receive your foam package, it is essential to open it immediately. Do not let the foam sit unopened for more than a week. To open the package, use a ball-point pen or pencil to make a small incision, then break it open from there. Do not use a box cutter, as this could damage the foam.

Our high-density foam is designed to last 7 to 10 years. When unpacking the foam, allow at least 2 days for it to breathe and recover its original size and form.

When opening your foam package, please exercise caution and do not use a box cutter or anything sharp, as this could damage the foam. Instead, remove the foam from the shipping box and unroll it to allow it to relax.
